The Grace Garrison (GG) is a nonprofit initiative located in Colorado and dedicated to addressing the growing crisis of homelessness among women veterans—a population that has increased by more than 9 percent in recent years and is expected to increase by at least 9% each year. As more women serve in the military, many return home facing profound challenges, including trauma, economic instability, and a lack of safe, affordable housing. More than 60 percent of women veterans report experiencing Military Sexual Trauma (MST) or Military Sexual Assault (MSA), an ongoing issue that continues to impact their ability to secure stable housing, employment, and long-term well-being.
